Shipping policy

We ship products within 1-2 business days of receiving an online order, orders will be delivered around 2-8 business days via UPS or Purolator during Canada Post Strike, some examples as follows:

It takes 1-2 days to be delivered within or close to Metro Vancouver;

It takes 2-3 days to be delivered within BC;

It takes 2-4 days to be delivered to AB;

It takes 3-5 days to be delivered to ON or QC;

It takes 6-8 days to be delivered to NS;

Once the order has been processed, we will email you a shipping confirmation including the package tracking number. We make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer shipping time frame.

For the orders shipping to all Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon, we will charge flat shipping fee according to order amount as follows:

Free shipping when order is over $85;

$4.90 when order is between $70 and $85;

$9.90 when order is between $50 and $70;

$14.90 when order is between $30 and $50;

$19.90 when order is less than $30;

Due to the Canada Post strike, we will ship orders via UPS or Purolator. For orders outside of BC, an additional $8 shipping fee will apply.

We currently don't accept orders outsite Canada.

Please check your shipping address carefully.

ATTENTION: We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer when placing the order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid address. For incorrect addresses, we do not offer resend or replace order.

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc are listed and executed in Canadian Dollars.


Return policy

Items may be returned within 7 days after order is delivered. Candies are all final sale.

Please note we are not responsible for return postage costs. In addition you will be charged a $10 for payment refund fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable), once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days.
